Thank you for your patience whilst we are building the Booking App, at which point you will easily facilitate making either credit or debit card transactions, as well as paypal and transfer payments.
Cancellation and Payment Terms & Conditions
Jani White & Associates have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Any appointment cancelled by a patient within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation charge if the session is not re-booked to another patient.
In the case of a Booking Package deal, the 50% will be an additionally invoiced expense over and above the package price paid, but the client will retain the number of treatments remaining in the package. The client has the choice to forfeit a treatment from the package total in lieu of paying the additional 50% cancellation charge.
Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation charge if the session is not re-booked to another patient.
In the case of a package deal, this will not incur any additional payment but will be accounted as a forfeit of 1 treatment from the package total.
This cancellation policy includes any Initial Consultation appointment, which will be invoiced accordingly, payment due immediately on receipt of the invoice.
The only exception to the cancellation charge is the onset of labour - of course! This cannot be timed, for there is without question no penalty for this much anticipated event. See below for details pertaining to Birth Preparation Packages.
These terms are inclusive of home, hospital and hotel visits, as well as clinic bookings.
Any cancelled Home, Hospital and Hotel visits will be charged the treatment fee but not the travel time, and will be invoiced electronically for immediate payment.
Payment for all treatments is required to be made at the point of receipt of the e-invoice.
Payments not made within 5 days total, including weekends, will incur a 10% surcharge for late payment, from the date on the outstanding invoice. AcuHouse reserve the right to determine the amount of said surcharge according to circumstances.
With each subsequent 5 day period the surcharge will be accrued, increasing in denomination with each late period. 5 days = 10% / 10 days = 20% / 15 days = 30% and so on, up to the 30 day period.
In the case of an unpaid invoice AcuHouse reserve the right to refuse treatment until such time as payment is made.
In this case of an unpaid and/or a refused treatment any unpaid bookings that go by will be accounted as a less than 24 hour cancellation and the treatment will be deducted from the package total, or for non-package appointments the full treatment fee cancellation charge will be added to the outstanding invoice.
The necessary fine print: In the event of payment not being received by 30 days from the date of invoice, following a reminder, and a FINAL REMINDER, then the invoice including the accrued surcharge will be processed through the claims court. All court fees and associated costs will be added to the debt. In some cases a debt collection company will be instructed to commence proceedings to recover the debt. Should this be necessary, debt collection, legal and administration fees and statutory interest will be added to the debt.
Package Terms & Conditions
Package purchases are non-refundable.
Booking Package purchases are transferable.
Cancellation and late payment charges apply, as above.
Birth preparation Packages:
In the case of not being able to continue treatments due to onset of labour, any remaining Birth Preparation Package treatments can be redeemed at any time for up to 1 year of purchase date.
This policy accommodates new mother's who may have treatments left who may wish to redeem at any time during their post natal recovery.
Post natal visits can be claimed as either clinic or home visits: one home visit will account for 2 treatment credits, as is in-line with our home visit pricing schedule which accounts for the travel time invested.
Reasonable distance must be accounted for redemption of home visit credits, and in cases of any visits beyond three London transport zones either the home visit will account for 3 treatment credits, or alternatively a travel surcharge will be accounted.
Birth Preparation Packages are non-transferable.
Booking Packages which have been purchased and whereby the client no longer wishes to continue with treatment may be transferred to another person.
Should the client wish to transfer the package, either by gift or by purchase, any financial transaction for the remaining treatments in the package will be between the existing package holder and the subsequent package holder.
The transferee will be required to pay an additional £50 directly to AcuHouse to accommodate extending a regular 45 min treatment session to a one hour consultation/intake appointment.
Written notification is required in order to request a package transfer, copying all three parties to the notice, initiated as a request from the existing booking client to be subsequently confirmed by AcuHouse to all 3 parties.
All circumstances are negotiable and AcuHouse welcome the opportunity to make appropriate accommodations where possible.
AcuHouse reserve the right to refuse a package transfer in the case whereby the circumstances of the transfer request are deemed inappropriate. AcuHouse reserve the right to determine the conditions of defining an appropriate package transfer.
